Exchange & Return Policy:

• Customers may exchange or return a perfume once only within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The perfume has only been lightly sprayed for testing purposes.
  • The bottle is not broken, damaged, or altered in any way.
• In case of an exchange, the product may be exchanged for another item of the same value, with any price difference to be paid or refunded if applicable.
• In case of a return, the product value will be refunded to the customer’s account after inspection, with delivery fees deducted.
• Exchanges and returns are applicable to online purchases only, as in-store customers have the opportunity to test the perfumes before purchasing.
• Limited edition products and perfumes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Products purchased together in offers section are refundable only as a bundle. i.e: if the bundle contains 2 or 3 products all products should be returned in their original condition then refunded. Partial returns or refunds are not allowed
